These Terms apply to ZoraLive’s social live-streaming, communication, entertainment and gaming services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use ZoraLive.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet applicable age, consent and eligibility requirements, including relevant platform rules. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and do not impersonate others or use an account without authorization. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Contact ZoraLive if you suspect account misuse.

2. Live and social content

You retain ownership of your content. Only upload, broadcast or share material you own or have permission to use, and respect the privacy of people appearing in it. You allow ZoraLive to host, process, transmit and display your content as necessary to provide the features you use and share it with the relevant audience. This permission does not transfer ownership. Other users are responsible for their own content and views.

3. Community conduct

Do not threaten, harass or abuse others; promote hatred or violence; sexually exploit or endanger children; share sexually explicit or illegal content; commit fraud; expose private information without permission; infringe intellectual property; or impersonate another person. Do not use the service for spam, malware, unauthorized access, manipulation of transactions or rankings, or interference with accounts and systems. Unlawful gambling and prohibited transactions are not allowed.

4. Coins, gifts and other virtual features

Coins, gifts, balances, levels and rewards operate according to the rules and availability of the relevant feature. Check costs, eligibility, limits and conditions before participating. Do not obtain, transfer or manipulate virtual items through unauthorized methods. These Terms do not create a cash value, withdrawal entitlement or guaranteed financial return for virtual items. Any supported recharge, P2P or points exchange is subject to its applicable rules and law.

5. Ludo and social games

Follow the rules shown for the selected game or room. Play fairly and do not cheat, collude, exploit technical faults or manipulate outcomes. Game access, modes and rewards may vary. Game participation does not itself promise a monetary prize or entitlement to earnings.

6. Purchases, recharges and refunds

Before confirming a purchase or recharge, review its amount, currency, item description and applicable conditions. Use authorized payment methods and obtain the payment holder’s permission. Refund requests are subject to the relevant app-store or payment-provider rules and applicable law. Nothing here removes mandatory refund or consumer rights. For transaction questions, provide the relevant transaction identifier through the official contact method without sharing full card details or login codes.

7. Intellectual property

ZoraLive branding, software and service materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Your access does not give you ownership of them. Do not copy, distribute or misuse protected materials without permission or a lawful basis. Respect the rights of creators whose content you encounter.

8. Moderation and enforcement

ZoraLive may review reports, remove or restrict content, or suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations, protect users, prevent fraud or comply with law. Measures depend on the circumstances. Use the official contact method to report a concern or request review of an action affecting your account.

9. Privacy and deletion

The Privacy Policy forms part of the information governing use of the service and explains how personal information is processed. Data Deletion explains how to request account and associated data deletion, including verification and applicable retention exceptions.

10. Availability and changes

Features described on this website include functionality available or under development. Availability may differ by app version, region and eligibility. The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Responsibility and legal rights

Use care when interacting with others or relying on user-generated content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ZoraLive does not guarantee the accuracy of content supplied by other users or the performance of services outside its control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
